Is my data encrypted?

Yes. Your files are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Only you hold access keys—we cannot decrypt your files without your password.
Can I get a refund?

Annual plan subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if storage usage is under 1 GB. Contact billing@dexcy.in with your order ID. Monthly plans are non-refundable.
How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data will be retained for 90 days, then permanently and securely erased from all systems.
